Not giving up on summer!

Apologies for my absence on the blog. As you may have read in my previous post, we've been going through a lot plus very busy. I also started class and still working two jobs. Busy little Bee, but I love it.

 This weekend was Labor Day Weekend, with that I had an extra day off work! Woo Hoo! What did I do, you ask? I relaxed with my bf, we BBQ'd for dinner, we went to the State Fair for a few hours, and got some items for our home. Then Saturday we went to a 'Back to School BBQ' with my family's church.  Overall, pretty laid-back weekend. Well deserved, well enjoyed. 

September is here, but I won't let summer go that easy. I decided to do a post outside in my yard today, to change it up a bit. I think I may have found a new canvas to shoot on. Not to mention, the sun was shining and the weather looked gorgeous! However, looks can be deceiving as it was only about 70 degrees when I took these photos.

Staying positive is the key...

Hello Loves,

I am back been trying to keep my promise and blog more, at least once a week and soon a lot more than that. I need a new camera. These few posts are coming from my camera on my Evo because its most convenient right now.. This week was pretty fun, hung out with some of my bffs and got to see some friends who are visiting from Los Angeles. Overall good week. Today I will be making dinner for my wonderful father for father's day! :)

I have been stressing out a lot lately, about pretty much everything in my life. Need a new job, need a new car, need to find what makes me happy, need to finish school this year, need to add more to resume.. etc. I am sure you have all experienced this. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed by my thoughts, its ridiculous.. I am trying to remain positive through it all and I know that staying positive will be the key to my success. Please send happy vibes my way :)

What stress-busters help you get through tough times? I tend to turn to mags, fashion, blogging, shopping (or window shopping), or just hanging with friends.. Working out or reading your blogs usually helps put a smile on my face too :)

Wild & Crazy

Hey lovers! It has been a very busy week. I don't think I told you all that I got an internship! I started my internship about 2 weeks ago and this week I helped out with my first real event. It was fun and a lot of work! And I got a lot of free food at the end of the night too! And yesterday, one of my boss's gave me free tickets to one of the science museums exhibits! I am excited, because I really haven't been to the science museum in forever!

Also, this week a good friend of mine came to Minnesota to visit family and she's from Bermuda! So that was a lot of fun seeing her, it has been too long! And we had decent weather this week, but I'm sure not anything like she is used to there! Anywho, I am planning a trip to Bermuda in August now! LOL. Any of you readers been there? Please give me your input for what to do, etc.  Or just comment on your experience that would be great! :)
